Aress Software was established in 1999. We started off as webhosting Support Company and that continues to be what we do for most part, 15years later. The single minded dedication and focus we have had in just doing the one thing and doing it well is the reason why we are still relevant today and truly enjoying what we do.
Over the years we have had some opportunities along the way to take on other things. While we did take some of them on, our overall focus continues to be the webhosting industry. Our work strategy has always been around fulfilling the needs of our customers and our people, our employees. Very early on, we figured that if we take good care of our employees, they will in turn take good care of our customers. And the greatest testimony of this is that we still have customers we had signed up in 1999 and early 2000’s.
To our customers, we always try to be partners. We realize that White Label Support can be successfully offered only when you work as partners. We have held on to this as one of our core values and beliefs along with Integrity and consistent dependability. We understand that in this business, it’s not good enough to be good 364 days a year, you have to be there for the customers every day and night, all 365 days. Our teams understand these values and over time have imbibed them in the way they think. So all 350 odd of us, show up to work come rain or shine. We have gotten our customers to trust us and depend on us. These are big responsibilities that we pride ourselves in living upto.
We have beautiful offices, here in Nasik, India and enjoy coming to work each day. We are honest simple people who work hard and take great pride in what we do and how we do it. We have earned our standing through innovation and hard work. We have the certifications to support these claims. We are an ISO 9001:2008 and also an ISO 27001:2013 certified company. We are not just another outsourced tech support providing company -we are full blown partners who bring to the table tons of experience, knowledge and trust.

We have 40,000 square feet of built up space for our office.
We have 10,000 square feet of a Disaster Recovery Center.
We have adequate bandwidth from multiple ISP’s in India for redundancy.
We have complete power backup for all our equipment for upto 72 Hours in the form of state of art UPS’s and Gensets.
We are a financially strong and debt free company.
We also have our own IT Training Institutes from where we get an endless supply of trained personnel thus making it very easy for us to scale up at very short notices.
